Chris Irwin, LLB

Mr. Irwin is a principal of Irwin Lowy LLP, a Toronto based law firm specializing in Corporate and Securities Law. Between 2004 and 2006, he was associated with Wildeboer Dellelce LLP. From 1998 to 2004, he was associated initially with Boyle & Company and subsequently with Power Budd LLP. Presently Mr. Irwin is a director and/or officer of several public companies. Mr. Irwin was Corporate Secretary for Kinbauri Gold Corp. from 2004-2009. Mr. Irwin received his Bachelor of Arts from Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec in 1990 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1994. He has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1996.
Paul Poggione, CIM

Paul has 21 years of capital markets experience, as a Portfolio Manager and Investment Adviser, managing portfolios for high net worth clients. He is very knowledgeable about markets from both first-hand experience and education as he holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation, the highest designation in Canada for portfolio management. Most recently Paul worked in Corporate Development in the junior mining space, helping to raise over $1 million dollars. Over the past 21 years, Paul has worked alongside executives, professionals, business owners and decision makers in a professional setting or in the various charitable causes he has been involved in. Paul began working for himself at the age of 7 with his first paper route and has not stopped since. Outside of work Paul enjoys keeping in shape, fishing, reading, cooking/eating, and watching all sports. He is joined at one of these with his wife of 19 years – Mona, one of their three children or his beloved dog Finnegan.
Ken Storey, CPA
Mr. Storey is a Certified Professional/Management Accountant and Business Analyst with over 25 years of private and public entity accounting experience. He brings a solid background of financial expertise, operational and business experience to Argo Gold, including financial reporting, restructuring, acquisitions, strategic planning, treasury and risk management. Prior to joining Argo Gold, Mr. Storey held senior financial positions in a number of publicly traded, international companies, including Dundee Corp, Vinci S.A., Caterpillar Inc. and Dundee Precious Metals. Mr. Storey attended the University of Toronto and obtained his professional designations in the early 1990’s.
